Mix the lemon juice, sugar substitute, gelatine and cornstarch and then add fruit juice and mix well. Boil them nicely for about 3 minutes stirring constantly. Refrigerate it and serve the jelly chilled. Makes 1 small jar.

Take a small mixer bowl and mix the first 4 ingredients. Beat for about 1 to 2 minutes at a high speed until you get light and fluffy consistency. Then add next 4 ingredients with a cup of water to it. Blend them at a low speed till all the ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Mix the chocolate chips and nuts to it and stir well. Now the dough will be soft and drop them onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake them for about 10 to 12 minutes at 425 degrees and now the crispy crunchy chocolate chip cookies are ready to eat.

Mix all 3 ingredients and make into a soft dough. Divide them into 2 balls and place into a ungreased cookie sheet. Pat down, 12 inches long and 3 inches wide.
Method of Filling

Take a saucepan and mix the margarine and water into it. Boil the ingredients and add flavoring to it. Remove from the flame. Add flour followed by eggs one at a time. Divide into 2 portions. Spread on dough one then the other. Bake them at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes and now the sponge coffee cake is ready to serve.

Take the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and beat it well. Add eggs and continue beating. Then add milk and flour. Blend all the ingredients well. Drop by each teaspoonful on a greased cookie sheet. Bake them for about 12 minutes at 375 degrees and get the crispy crunchy cookies.

Cook raisins in water until the water is absorbed. Add the applesauce, eggs, sweetener, oil to it and mix thoroughly. Blend the other ingredients . Add vanilla to it. Pour the contents into a greased and floured pans preferably loaf pans. Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees or more until it is done and get ready to taste yummy fruit cakes.
