Method of Preparation
Beat well the egg yolks and fruit sweet into a medium sized bowl until a thick and pale consistency. Meanwhile add flour slowly into it. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over low flame and gradually add milk and vanilla. Stir well for about 15 minutes until the mixture transforms into a custard consistency. Remove from flame. Melt butter and pour over the custard to prevent a skin from forming while it cools.This can make 3 cups of healthy sugar free custard.
