Method of Preparation

Cook raisins in water till all the water is evaporated. Mix applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil well. Add flour and baking soda. Blend them well. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Bake in long flat pan at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes, Healthy cake is ready to serve. (Note: 1 use 3 egg whites instead of whole eggs. This helps to cut down cholesterol.
