Method of Preparation

Boil the water, raisins and butter altogether for about 2 minutes. Remove from flame, cool it and then add eggs, Sweet-N-Low, vanilla and soda. Sieve the flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder together. Add this to first cooked mixture. Then you add 1 cup of nuts if desired. Drop by each teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake the mixture for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees and serve the crispy sugar free cookies.
